<p>The RSA Course (SITHFAB202) is a legislative requirement for all persons serving alcohol. Successful completion of this RSA course will result in the participant being awarded with a recognised RSA Statement of Attainment, which must be used when applying to Consumer & Business Services (CBS) for a Responsible Person’s Badge.</p>
<p>The learning outcomes are::</p>
<ul>
<li>Correctly interpret the legal responsibilities that relate to the sale and service of alcohol</li>
<li>Advise patrons on the effects of alcoholic beverages and the term "standard" drink</li>
<li>Demonstrate knowledge of various strategies for the Responsible Service of Alcohol</li>
<li>Assist customers to drink within appropriate limit.</li>
<li>Assess and monitor the levels of intoxication of Patrons.</li>
</ul>

<p>We usually host a breakfast for Presidents, however, due to COVID-19 this session will be hosted via Zoom. <br />

The invitation is for Presidents or, if they are unable to attend, the Vice President</p>
<p>We will have two guest speakers.</p>
<p><strong>Peter Schwennesen,</strong> President Port Noarlunga Memorial Bowling Club </p>
<p><strong>Helen Cutler</strong>, President Seaford Storm Netball Club to talk about the journey their clubs have taken through the winter period. <br />

We will be covering</p>

<li>The lessons learnt during the closing down period and keeping club members engaged </li>
<li>Starting up Post COVID and managing children and parents </li>
<li>How they manged hygiene in the club room, outside and equipment</li>
<li>What the challenges have been to run a bar and keeping people seated</li>
<li>How hard is to be a <a href="https://www.covid-19.sa.gov.au/business-and-work/covid-marshals" target="_blank">Covid Marshal</a> and making sure you have one </li>
